The Punong Barangay Ralph O. Abella, presided the oath taking ceremony of the new set of officers of Lizada Village Motorized Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (LIZVILMOTODA) last February 2, 2012.

Sworn to office were as follows; Reynaldo F. Yap Sr.– President, Rolando Ampeso – Vice-President, Regina Balili – Treasurer, Allan del Mundo – Auditor,  Arnel Desades -  PIO and Arcadio Artiaga as Business Manager. The position of the secretary is still vacant as of this writing because according to the president, she begged off for an unknown reason.

Also inducted to office were their five (5) Board of Directors namely;  Eugenio Alibong, Joey Cabalhin, Rogelio Liloc, Jerry Lulo and Lloyd Ajero.

Other officers with unique position of the association that were inducted were the disciplinarians or the "Prefects" – responsible for disciplining erring members and maintaining proper decorum. They were Felicisimo Cerbas, Fermin Olayvar and Ariel Desades.

Witnessing the said ceremony were Kagawad Erico R. Talili and Kagawad Cristita B. Santander who congratulated the newly installed officers.

With the new officers in place, problems between commuters and transport providers could easily be threshed out like that sticky problem on fare hike every time there is a price increase of oil in the world market. Congratulations to the new Officers! Sec Red
