Punong Barangay Ralph O. Abella inducted additional members of the Lupong Tagapamayapa last January 27, 2012 at the Barangay Hall.

Inducted to the position were Ms. Marites Z. del Rosario, Mrs. Abelita Yee, Ms. Glenda E. Fernandez and Mrs. Josefina M. Garcia.

The schedule of induction was set at 3:00 p.m. but because Ms. del Rosario has a case to be mediated at Panabo City at 2:00 p.m. she begged off to be inducted earlier at 1:00 p.m.

Next inducted at around 3:00 p.m. were Lupon Tagapamayapa Ms. Fernandez and Mrs.Yee while Mrs. Garcia was inducted after in a very short while.

The induction ceremonies were witnessed by Kagawad Lor Capisos, some members of the Lupon and Purok Leaders. With the induction of the four members, the number of Lupong Tagapamayapa was raised from ten to fourteen members.

One new Purok Leader was also inducted, Mrs. Josephine Andoy as Purok Leader of Purok 2, Lizada Village in addition to Jocelyn L. Caga-anan.

 The Punong Barangay was very glad that there are private citizens who are willing to spare some of their precious moments in the name of public service. The barangay officials could not do it alone, but with the participation of the private sectors, so much could be done for the good and improvement of the community.
