The members of youth organization under the Underground Society Clan established its chapter at Brgy. V. Hizon Chapter composed mostly of youths from Lizada Village.

The officers  sworn their oath of office before Punong Barangay Ralph O. Abella last March 15, 2012 at the Barangay Session Hall.

Present also during the ceremony were the Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports, SK Kagawad Ma. Kristina Karla P. Quiban, Chairman of the Committee on Health Kagawad Erico R. Talili and Secretary Red Nartates. Sec Red
