The Officers of Senior Citizen Group – Nova Tierra Chapter took their oath of office at Forest Hill Resort, Diversion Road, Matina Balusong, Davao City last September 12, 2011 before  Officer In-Charge, 1^st Kagawad Erico R. Talili.

Mrs. Evelyn Capisos was sworn to office as President with two Vice-Presidents namely; Mrs. Myrna Ibay, 1^st Vice-President and Mrs.Isabelita Yee as 2^nd Vice-President.

Other Officers sworn to office (from L-R) were as follows; Erlinda Ollosa -Secretary, Salvacion Hernandez-Treasurer, Mila Silfavan-Treasurer of Mortuary, Luisa Cogollodo-Asst. Treasurer mortuary, Elsa Salibay-Asst. Auditor, Lourdes Gallano-PIO, Luz Canas-Bus. Mgr. and Bernardina Abrigas as Asst. Bus. Manager. Absent during the induction was Amparo Malcampo, the Auditor.

The Senior Citizens of Nova Tierra also showcased their winning piece during the Araw Ng Barangay, as part of the entertainment number.

There were also representatives from CSSDO namely; Juliet Rosal - family case worker of Brgy. Angliongto and Concepcion Tapongot, the family case worker of Brgy. V. Hizon who discussed to the group, RA 9974 re-scholarship for older persons under the program of CHED and Social Pension for the Senior Citizens.

Kagawad Erico R. Talili and Laurente Capisos were the designated advisers of the group. Congratulations to all the Officers! Sec Red
