The Management Review and Recognition being conducted every first Monday of the month was observed last February 6, 2012.

The highlights of this event, is the flag raising ceremony and "panunumpa sa watawat” to remind everybody on patriotism. And it’s really a hair-raising scenario to see that even passersby and people just hanging around are all in attention with their left hands placed on their heart.  

The barangay police made all vehicles stopped during the 1:04 minutes singing of the National Anthem.

Then after a 15-minute break, a management conference took place which were attended by all barangay officials and head of the different functionaries or even members who did have some issues/concerns - was tackled by the body.

Also during the day, the barangay tanods proudly posed with their new shirt jack uniform on - courtesy of MOTORMALL DAVAO CORPORATION, an establishment just across the road and in front of the barangay hall. Thank you very much to the Management of MOTORMALL! 

The Management Review and Recognition which lasted for almost two hours was a very productive one because issues had been resolved and some doubts were being clarified.
