The drainage system along Belen Road, Pampanga Exec. Homes costing P1,843,413.96 started last August 12, 2011 and hope to be completed on November 19, 2011. The funding came from the "Pork Barrel” of Congresswoman Mylene J. Garcia, representative of the 2^nd District of Davao City.

The original amount allocated to Barangay Hizon Sr. was P2M, the difference was spent for the cost of posting on bidding and other incidental expenses.

During the Barangay Development Council meeting presided by its chairman, Punong Barangay Ralph O. Abella, it was decided that the amount be spent in constructing a drainage system along Belen Road because of the series of flood incidents that happened at Sto. Domingo I, Pampanga Exec. Homes, Model Homes and Donnasville.

Through this drainage system, residents are now hopeful that they will be spared from the onslaught of flood again come heavy rains because the water from the four subdivisions can now be drained.
