The barangay Vicente Hizon Sr. in its desire to strengthen the implementation of City Ordinance 0361-10 more particularly known as the Solid Waste Management, requested CENRO personnel to conduct training seminar that push through as scheduled last March 30, 2012 9:00 a.m. at the Session Hall.

It was attended by Purok Leaders and Officers of various subdivision homeowners’ associations to get acquainted of the different kinds of violations and be able to issue citation tickets to violators being caught in the act. At the forefront of the seminar was Kagawad Eufracio C. Uy, the Committee Chairman of Environment and Agriculture.

The participants were treated to a question and answer portion at the end of the training. With the additional "deputization" of enforcers, the implementation of the City Ordinance will be fully given more teeth to counter the acts of those who are stubborn to follow the law. Sec Red
