Barangay Vicente Hizon Sr. conducted its self-defense training seminar last September 8, 2011 at the Session Hall.

Pursuant to DILG Circular 99-64, Executive Order No. 96-167, Civilian Volunteer Organization (CVO) BARANGAY OFFICIALS AND BARANGAY TANOD should be trained on Self-Defense.

Giving the seminar training was Mr. Ronnie M. Manlabian Jr., President and Founder, Philippine Combat Judo, Jujitsu, Karate Association of Asia (PHILCOMJJUKA).

It was attended by Brgy. Officials, Tanods and Purok Leaders headed by 1st Kagawad Erico R. Talili, Officer In-Charge.  Sec Red
