The Tourism, Arts & Council of Barangay Vicente Hizon, Sr. recognizes the importance of creating public awareness by bringing our BARANGAY to the consciousness of the community. By doing so, all its barangay officials, functionaries and staff are identified as the moving force giving effective services to make the barangay an ideal place to live in.

Creating a website is one way of stirring the interest and reaching out to our constituents, as well as to other communities. Hence, the link will open all possibilities geared towards achieving its missions and visions. Further, we can better seek assistance as far as our needs are concerned, and vice versa, without the distance and communication barrier getting in the way.

WE ARE NOT YET FORMALLY LAUNCHING OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE. WE ARE STILL ON THE PROCESS OF MAKING SURE THAT IT WILL BE USER-FRIENDLY, SIMPLE YET INFORMATIVE, AND CAN EFFECTIVELY PROVIDE A REPORT TO OUR KABARANGAY, AS WELL AS ENCOURAGE THEM TO COOPERATE AND EXTEND SUPPORT to all our projects.

Kudos to the dynamic leadership of our Punong Barangay, Hon. Ralph O. Abella, and his equally active and dedicated Kagawad members. We hope that this effort will give the barangay residents (close to 15,000 locals) the opportunity to get a glimpse of our activities, so we can work as a team. It is only in unison that our mission and vision shall become a reality.

However, for the meantime, this is a site that is still a work in progress.
