April 2,2011- BCPC or the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children was organized in Barangay Hizon. The Committee handling the event was the Committee on Social Services headed by its Chairperson, Hon. Kagawad ERICO TALILI.     The Resource Speaker was Ms. Judy Aparece, LGO Officer V of DILG XI. The meeting was attended by all the Purok Leaders and other barangay functionaries. Punong Barangay Ralph Abella and Kgwd. Lor Capisos were also around to show their support The newly organized council is aimed at improving our services that looks after the children's welfare. MZR
