                  RESOLUTION NO. 410 S. 2011

A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE OUR FULL SUPPORT AND RALLY BEHIND MAYOR SARAH Z. DUTERTE ON HER ACTIONS TO QUELL VIOLENCE THEREBY PREVENTING BLOODSHED DURING THE DEMOLITION AT SOLIMAN, AGDAO, DAVAO CITY. 

BE IT APPROVED by the Sangguniang Barangay of the Barangay Vicente Sr., Buhangin District, Davao City in regular session assembled:

WHEREAS, presented for consideration is a declaration of support to rally behind Mayor Sarah Z. Duterte on her actions to quell violence thereby preventing bloodshed during the demotion at Soliman, Agdao, Davao City;

WHEREAS, this Council believes that the City Mayor could not be mocked or faulted for doing such act, considering that the city is facing several serious problems, especially the series of flooding incidence that claims the lives of some davaoenos;

 WHEREAS, this Council also abhors the acts of her detractors who continuously malign and put her on bad light because knowing the fact that she works hard for the betterment of her fellow davaoenos, therefore, she doesn’t even deserve the unkindest treatment the way she was treated by some media personalities and her opponents in politics.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Kagawad Laurente S. Capisos, duly seconded by Kagawad Erico R. Talili and Kagawad Delfin R. Compoc and, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that RESOLUTION NO. 410, S. 2011 IS HEREBY APPROVED.
