Ms. Julie J. Tiu, representative/BLS-CPH Instructor submitted a copy of the profiling report to PB Ralph O. Abella last February 3, 2012 through Ms. Marilyn Garzon, prepared by the 3rd year Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) students enrolled in the MLS 200 Community and Public Health (CPH) course last summer  .

Likewise, another batch of students, second year Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) enrolled in the MLS 200 Community and Public Health (CPH) course, together  with two instructors and community extension service (CES) facilitator seek permission to conduct follow-up community assessment at Purok Baybay.

The group was led by their instructor, Mrs. Marilyn U. Garzon, the amiable daughter of Kagawad Eufracio C. Uy.

They were warmly welcome  by PB Ralph O. Abella and Kagawad Erico R. Talili who willingly obliged answering all their queries.

In as much as the Punong Barangay has important matters to attend in the field, the Barangay Secretary Red Nartates was left behind to answer the remaining questions until it was all through at past 12:00 noon.

In the afternoon, some went back for some clarifications and Kagawad Boy Uy was ever ready to respond to their needs.

The students went home happy and contented and very sincere to acknowledged the gesture shown to them by the barangay officials. That wasn’t far-fetched because with all humility, our slogan in Barangay Vicente Hizon is "We’re happy to serve You!”   Sec Red
