SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT SEMINAR




 

A training Seminar for PROPER WASTE SEGREGATION was conducted at Barangay Hizon Conference Room this afternoon, March 17, 2011.  The half -day training was facilitated by staff of City Councilor Marissa Abella's Brown Team.

It was attended by Purok Leaders and barangay functionaries.  The information dissemination is necessary because of the  City Ordinance 0361 series of 2010 on Solid Waste Management that will be implemented very soon.

Barangay Hizon is all out in supporting all endeavors that help in protecting our environment.

Chairperson of the Barangay's Solid Waste Management Committee, Kagawad Delfin Compoc and Mr. Ulysses Lopez,  as the Chairman of Information & Education Committee, were on top of the successful activity.
