The barangay through the initiative of Punong Barangay Ralph O. Abella in its continuing effort to attain excellence in public service, made an attempt to make a new twist on the conduct of the Monthly Management Review & Recognition (MRR) last January 2, 2012.
As the New Year started and the first conduct of MRR was observed, it all began with a simple program of Invocation, Flag raising ceremony while singing the Lupang Hinirang and recitation of the pledge "Panunumpa Sa Watawat.”
The Raising of the Flag symbolizes patriotism and giving a positive outlook to meet and hurdle the challenges ahead. The Barangay Council is optimistic that the year 2012 is another good year to surpass the achievements made during the preceding year.
The program started at exactly 8:00 a.m. and lasted
only for about 15 minutes. A 15 minutes break was observed and at exactly 8:30
a.m. the management conference begun at the Session Hall. Important matters
were discussed under a congenial atmosphere and the meeting adjourned at 9:55
