The Multi-Purpose Building at Fortune Executive Homes Plaza amounting to P973,447.65 started its implementation last May 18, 2012 with the contract completion date on November 13, 2012.

The project was funded by "A Teacher” Partylist Representative Mariano Piamonte Jr. through the concerted effort of the Homeowner’s President Melrose A. Sabio and its Officers fully supported by Punong Barangay Ralph O. Abella and the entire members of the Barangay Council.

Barangay Resolution no.  411, Series of 2011 was adopted and approved last July 6, 2011 and was handed personally to Congressman Mariano Piamonte Jr., a Partylist "A Teachers” Representative,  last July 8, 2011 when he attended the "Elderlympics” – one of the highlights of the 3-day "Araw Ng Barangay” Celebration.

With the construction of this Multi-Purpose Building, never again should the "Fortune Homeowners’ Night” like last May 13, 2012 activity or any gathering for that matter can be spoiled again because of unpredictable weather condition.

It could also be well-remembered that the same Congressman who is a resident of Digos, Davao del Sur, funded the construction of the Day Care Center worth P500,000.00 situated also at Fortune Plaza.

The residents of Fortune Executive Homes are delightful with this turn of developments happening in their subdivision and very much thankful to Congressman Mariano Piamonte Jr. who is a good friend of Homeowners’ Ass. President Melrose Sabio.
