The City Councilor of the 2^nd District, Hon. Marissa Salvador Abella celebrated her 55^th birthday anniversary last August 30, 2011 at their game farm at Sitio Balete, Barangay Buhangin Proper.

It was a very festive and well attended celebration because the whole family of the celebrant joined her on this special occasion led by her husband, the Punong Barangay of Vicente Hizon Sr., Ralph O. Abella .

Also in attendance were  the City Councilors from the 2^nd District namely; Hon. April Marie C. Dayap, Hon. Arnolfo Ricardo B. Cabling, Hon. John Louie J. Bonguyan, and from the first district; Hon. Ibuyan, Hon. Villafuerte, Hon. Joan Bonguyan and Hon. Abellera.

Not to be left behind are delegations from the different barangays of the 2^nd District like, Brgy. Pakibato, Tibungco, Centro, San Antonio, Buhangin Proper, Communal, Ilang and of course Barangay Hizon Sr., all led by their respective Barangay Captain.

An entertainment numbers were also provided by hiring two gay stand-up comedians and acoustic band composed of 3 persons  who amuses the crowd to the max. The Barangay Health Workers of Vicente Hizon Sr. also presented a dance number that made them garnered the 1st place during the fellowship night.

The Punong Barangay delivered his birthday message to his beloved wife and also to his 3 grown up children who were also celebrating their birthdays during the month of August.

To Hon. Councilor Marissa Salvador Abella, the entire people of Barangay Vicente Sr., wish you all the great things in life, hope this day will bring you an extra share of all that makes you happiest. Sec Red!
