This barangay recently conducted a Disaster Risk Reduction and Mgt. Training Seminar last May 18, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The invited facilitators came from the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Mgt. Office headed by Mr. Pepito Capili and Dante Donayre, an officer of the same office.

The training seminar is geared towards disaster preparedness as participants were introduced to different kinds of major calamities such as earthquake, tsunami, fire and other "force majeure."

After the lecture, the participants were led to a group workshop on what to do during eventualities and present their output to the group.
