The faculty from Davao Christian High School pays a visit to the barangay last September 13, 2011 to learn about the best practices in Solid Waste Management  that the barangay is known for.

The Punong Barangay, Ralph O. Abella together with the Committee Chairman on Environment and Agriculture, Kagawad Eufracio C. Uy toured the guests at the Material Recovery Facility which was donated by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) installed at Nova Tierra Village, this barangay.

The faculties are very grateful to the barangay officials for their warmth reception during the entirety of their visit.
