The newly installed Principal of Vicente Hizon Sr.Elementary School, Ms. Maricel O. Noquiao paid a courtesy call to Punong Barangay Ralph O. Abella last January 27, 2012 past 3:00 p.m.

Ms. Maricel O. Noquiao, Principal II replaced Ms. Mariclu M. Alpas early January 2012, who was transferred to Bangoy Elementary School because of promotion for her exemplary performance while she was still the head of V. Hizon Elem. School.

It seems to us that a very fast turnover of good people is happening in this School, because just last September 2, 2011, Ms. Alpas replaced Ms. Rosalita E. Monsato, but nevertheless, the partnership of Vicente Hizon Elem. School and Barangay Vicente Hizon goes on, unhampered, after all, the name itself is synonymous with each other....right? So....Mabuhay tayong lahat na Hizonians! 

In retrospect, in behalf of the Punong Barangay Ralph O.  Abella, we wish to convey our heartfelt thanks to the out-going principal, Ms. Mariclu Alpas for the great opportunity of working with her and a warm welcome to the incoming principal, Ms. Maricel O. Noquiao. We are excited to look forward as we continue with our journey, to have a better and productive working relationship. Thy shalt be done on earth as it is in heaven with the able stewardship of the new "ship captain,”  Maricel. Sec Red
