  MZDR3/8/11 This is a project of the Barangay Tourism, Arts and Culture Council headed by the Punong Barangay Hon. Ralph O. Abella, chairperson of the Committe on Tourism, Kagawad Lor Capisos and Tourism Exec. Action Officer Ms. Marites Z. del Rosario After more than 5 years since Barangay Vicente Hizon, Sr. was created, we have replaced the barangay building signage, to a new, yet modest one, made of the newly-introduced reflectorized honey-combed tarpaulin, for better visibility. We hope that this effort will give our Barangay office a stronger presence in the area. At the same time, it can send a message to our constituents, that the barangay and its officials are there to serve them. In return, the barangay will get more support in its advocacy for progress, thru its barangay development plans. At this point, we are happy to know that little by little, support is coming in from its homeowners, and this new signage has been donated by one of them. Therefore, as we welcome everyone to our barangay, we hope to be of service to you, and link our needs, as well. P.S. Thanks goes to Kag. Capisos, Brgy. Sec. Nartates, Brgy.
