Mr. Leo Mantilla of Block 3,
Fortune Executive Homes, donated P10,000.00 in cash as his participation to
finance the construction of a box culvert with cover at the corner of 5th
Ave. and Block 3. Through the initiative of the Punong Barangay Ralph O. Abella
and Chairman of the Infra Kagawad Digal who
provided for the manpower and the excavation was done by a mini backhoe personally
owned by the barangay captain and presto!... the project came into fruition.
